Our company plans and constructs plastics injection moulds, test them and carries out thermoplastics moulding on behalf of the customers. The machinery tonnage ranges between 50 and 200 tons and can meet many different requirements. The machines, that are completely autonomous, robotized and technologically advanced, are able to perform automatic cycles. In the last few years CO.ME.T. has opted for the purchase of fully electric presses, that guarantee increased productivity and finished products characterized by a higher quality level both from the aesthetic and from the technical point of view. These machines have considerably improved the moulding cycle, solving many problems related to the use of materials such as nylon with fibre glass or self-extinguishing materials. Our production area, that is subject to a constant development, consists in 10 presses by Battenfeld and Sumitomo.

CO.ME.T. plans and constructs cold blanking dies for materials such as brass, copper, stainless steel etc. We offer our customers (even though not directly) the testing service and the following items production, always guaranteeing the quality of the produced articles.

The moulded items are always monitored and checked by our quality laboratory, that guarantees their compliance and conformity with the specific requirements by making use of suitable accessories.

Moreover the company offers its customers the opportunity of having assembled products on request.

We also offer the construction service only of details on a drawing on behalf of a third party, because our workshop is equipped with machinery able to carry out several manufacturings, from milling with 3-axle machining centres, including also high-speed units, to wire electrical discharge machining and sinking electrical discharge machining. Our machinery consists in the following: normal and high-speed 3-axle machining centres by C.B. Ferrari, 3 wire electrical discharge machines and 3 sinking electrical discharge machines all by Sodick and spindle grinding machines by Okamoto.
